Our goal is to customize individual basketball training routines for players that enhance skills and performance on the court.

Xzennis Brereton is a former professional basketball player who believes in helping young basketball players develop their skills in his community.  The mission is to curate structured training programs tailored to each player, trainer & coach that highlight strengths, weaknesses, and goals, and most of all ensure measurable progress and sustained motivation.

Monthly Subscription Packages

Basic Plan:

Offers 3 sessions a week with strength & conditioning included twice a week at any location & reasonable time of choice


Premium Plan:

Offers 4 sessions a week with strength & conditioning 3 times a week at any location & reasonable time of choice.


Subscription Plans Include:

•Basketball sessions + strengthening & conditioning •Skills & development training which focuses on shooting development, ball handling, finishing/ touch around the rim, scenario analysis breakdown & tempo / pace training. •Strength & conditioning will target , plyometric, strength, speed/ explosiveness, yoga, and recovery training.
